This project will include all labor, materials, equipment, programming, and installation services necessary to perform a comprehensive upgrade of the facility's video surveillance system. Security Surveillance System Upgrade, located at the Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton, Wyoming. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at May 1, 2026, at 3:00 pm all questions are due on Public Purchase & WDOC Replacement of existing equipment with new, with no to little infrastructure changes considerations: - Address footprint/ area for equipment fitting into the old space - Address the proposed new equipment installation phasing plan - Address the planned/ scheduled shutdown days/ hours (48 advanced notice). - WDOC Safety/Security concerns during the installation process. Regarding ladders, scaffolds, scissor lifts, etc. - Site access- Parking, staging areas, restrooms, dress code, security clearance form approvals, inmate non-interaction, and tool/equipment checks, lunch, etc. - No cell phones, no smoking, and any/all interactions with inmates are NOT prohibited
