Description

Renovation of a military facility in Saint Ignace, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and related services necessary to replace shower stalls at U.S. Coast Guard housing units. Work includes removal and replacement of existing shower stalls and completion of all associated work required by the Statement of Work. The contractor shall furnish all resources necessary to complete the project within 60 calendar days from the date of award, unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. Site visits are highly encouraged to support development of accurate project pricing and understanding of existing site conditions. This procurement is estimated range between $25K and $100K.
