Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Danbury, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Limit - Yellow River to Burn/Doug Co Ln The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 13.65 miles of STH 35 from Yellow River to the Douglas County line in Burnett County. Design an anticipated 2 inch Hot-In-Place Recycle (HIR) with seal coat and fog seal. Additional work includes spot replacement & rehabilitation of guardrail as well as 4 EAT replacements and one MGS 3 guardrail segment installation (300 LF), curb ramp upgrades, clearing, and pavement markings. Resurfacing is anticipated to be completed under traffic using lane closures with flagging operation and the structure work will be completed using lane closures with temporary traffic signals. Anticipated Construction Cost: $4,000,000-$4,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
