Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Milford, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of approximately 1,001 linear feet of a new 6-inch PVC sanitary sewer line along Old Brandon Rd and Shabazz Rd . The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to site excavation, open cut trench excavation and backfill, bore with casing, sanitary sewer line placement, service reconnection , sanitary sewer manhole and main abandonment, and street repair. This project consists of the installation of approximately 1,008 linear feet of 6" SDR 26 sewer main along with reconnection of existing sewer services and installation of 3 manholes and a cleanout Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Question Deadline 09/03/2026 Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
