The Wareham Fire District will be accepting bids for generator construction at the Maple Springs Water Purification Plant (WPP) and Wells No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 9. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing propane fueled backup generators on a concrete pads; providing propane storage tanks on concrete pads; providing liquid propane vaporizers; providing associated fuel piping, wiring, conduit, and duct banks; electrical work; bollards; excavation and backfill; trench restoration; loam and seed; SCADA integration utility coordination; coordination of MassDEP certification; and ancillary work. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Wareham Fire District Office, 2550 Cranberry Hwy, Wareham, MA on August 17th at 10:00 a.m. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. Contractor shall be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in Prime Electrical.
