Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 506-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Findlay plans to expand park restroom facilities. The specific park location is Brucklacher Park at 8884 County Road 236. Scope of work includes the complete construction of one (1) new facility at Brucklacher Park. The new restroom facilities includes one (1) 506 SF ADA restroom facility. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Findlay, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. Question Deadline 09/10/2026 at 11:00 AM ET Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Jeremy Kalb, PE through electronically. All inquiries must be submitted The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The project is located within the City of Findlay corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection.
