Reference Number 0000434484 The project that is the subject of these Instructions consists of the removal of the existing two (2) panel partition walls and to supply and install two (2) new operable panel partitions located in the City of Fruita's Community Center meeting rooms. There are two (2) panel partition walls used to turn the biggest meeting room at the Community Center into two meeting rooms. Question Deadline 09/03/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Questions must be submitted to City's Purchasing Agent by email at: MacKenzie Erickson, merickson@fruita.org. City does not have access to or control over the vendor side of RMEPS, and City makes no representation or warranty concerning the operability or accessibility of RMEPS. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that the quotation is received before the submission deadline. The bidder shall bear all risks associated with delays in the U.S. mail or delivery service.
