Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in San Manuel, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of renovation of the existing San Manuel Community Center. This includes upgrades to the HVAC system, roof, floors, restrooms, utilities, windows and doors as well as the exterior of the building. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal County by BWS Architects and their Associated Firms. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County Facilities Management Director and of the Architect/Engineer of Record. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract. The project is fully funded by Federal grant. All Work shall commence within ten (10) calendar days from the issuance date of the written "Notice to Proceed" and be completed within Two Hundred Forty (240) calendar days from the issuance date of the written "Notice to Proceed".
