Site work and new construction of a civil project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Construction of approximately 3 miles of 72-78 inch sewer interceptor and 2.5 miles of approximately 15x12 foot reinforced concrete box culvert. Includes utility relocations and roadway elements such as pedestrian and traffic signal upgrades. Approximately 3 miles of 72"-78" Master Plan Update (MPU) sewer interceptor in Owens Avenue from B Street, west of I15, to Las Vegas (LV) Wash and approximately 2.5 miles of Clark County Regional Flood Control District Master Plan Update (CCRFCD MPU) Facilities LVOE0000, LVOE00805, and LVOE0134 from Main Street to LV Wash. Phase 1 of the project is proposed as Bruce Street to LV Wash and Phase 2 from west of I-15 to Bruce Street. The project will also include extensive utility relocations with complicated phasing, and roadway elements such as pedestrian upgrades, traffic signal upgrades, and striping. 30% conceptual plans and design reports are available. Phase 1 and 2 70% plans are currently being designed together, and Phase 1 will move to final design and construction first. When Phase 1 is nearing design completion, Phase 2 will follow the same path. Preconstruction Services will extend through design of Phase 1 and 2 with phased construction, and two separate GMPs.
