Remodeling of a municipal facility in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Bathroom remodel including plumbing, finishes, and necessary building improvements. The area to be remodeled is approximately 330 square feet in size and is located in the middle of the building between the central corridor and an outside wall facing southwest. The construction project aims to refresh the look of the suite by replacing the fixtures, partitions and finishes. The trades needed to accomplish this sustainment categorized project include but are not limited to: demolition, rough and finished carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and painting. Contractors shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary for full implementation.
