Renovation of the third floor of the Monroe Court Building, including all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and permitting. Question Deadline 09/09/2026 ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $ 3,100,000.00 plus sales tax. Bid Alt # 1 - $ 160,000 plus tax Bid Alt #2 - $30,000 plus tax Bid Alt #3 - $15,000 plus tax Completion- Two Hundred Forty (240) consecutive calendar days (approximately October 2026 to May 2027).
