Bidders or Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Provide sitework, stormwater management systems, sanitary drainage, storm drainage, domestic water utilities, concrete and asphalt paving, striping, curbs, walks, signage, exterior concrete steps and ramps, sod and topsoil/seeding and landscaping as indicated on bid documents. This Contractor shall include in the Base Bid the cost of remobilization, cleaning and tack coating the asphalt base course in order to install the asphalt topcoat.
