Site work, environmental remediation and renovation of a municipal facility in New Castle, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for environmental remediation for a municipal facility.
The specifications herein are intended to describe UST/AST work and any other work that may reasonably be inferred as being required to produce a finished job for the intended purposes, shall be supplied whether or not such incidental or related work or each item or method of execution is specifically detailed herein. The work to be done shall be on an as-needed basis at various New Castle County, DE locations. The Contractor shall perform all excavation, refill , and filling, and shall provide all fill material required for the removal of underground/above ground storage tanks including, but not limited to, sheeting, shoring, sheet piling, and bracing; support and protection of utilities and other structures encountered in the work; furnishing and maintaining adequate barricades, fencing, warning signs, lights, and other means of protecting the public; and the restoration of the site to its original condition or as otherwise designated by New Castle County's assigned representative or engineer.
