Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Asphalt repairs and overlays in different locations within the City of Hot Springs. This project includes asphalt patching, asphalt overlays and asphalt crack sealing. Locations will be shown on a map in the drawings section of the bid documents. Asphalt patching locations are located at South 6th Street in the block between Cambridge and Baltimore Avenues and on South 16th Street between University and Albany Avenues. Asphalt patch areas are to consist of two, 2" lifts of Class G asphalt or similar. Patching locations will be dug out, saw cut, and prepared with compacted base course by the City. Overlay locations are North 19th Street between Washington and Wilson Avenues and the alley between Battle Mountain Avenue and Bear Avenue. (See map) Overlays shall be two inch Class G or similar. Crack sealing includes all of the Golf Course area roads, all of Library Drive, all of 5th Street between the VA gate and Jensen Highway, all of 6th Street from just north of Washington Avenue to intersection with Canton Avenue, and 4th Street from Washington Avenue to University Avenue Bonds: Certified Check required, 10% Bid Bond.
