The Iberville Museum project consists of the renovation of an existing historical building in Plaquemine, LA. The approximately 5,300 square foot building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Scope includes but is not limited to repair of damaged brick, new drainage, a new connector building between the existing historic building and existing metal building, accessibility upgrades, refinishing of wood flooring, new exhibit lighting, and repairing of damaged windows. MEP scope to accommodate scope of work.
