Renovation of a municipal facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Installation of a backup generator for the Sumner County Animal Control facility. The Sumner County Sheriff's Office Animal Services Division is seeking proposals fromqualified contractors ("Vendors") to furnish, install, and commission a new standby emergency power generation system at the Animal Services facility. The objective of this project is to provide reliable backup electrical power to support critical animal care operations, facility safety systems, data systems, and essential building functions during utility power outages. The generator system shall provide automaticstandby power and ensure continuity of operations during planned and unplanned electrical service interruptions. Specifically, the project should: o Provide a minimum 80kW standby generator system capable of supporting critical facility loads. o Automatically detect utility power loss and restore power to designated emergency circuits through an automatic transfer switch. Support uninterrupted operation of animal housing areas, ventilation systems, lighting, refrigeration equipment, security systems, data systems, office functions, and other designated critical infrastructure. o Provide a reliable power source capable of operating during extended utility outages. o Include remote monitoring and notification capabilities for generator status, alarms, maintenance requirements, and operational events. o Meet all applicable federal, state, local, and manufacturer requirements for installation and operation. Generator Requirements: o Provide one (1 ) new standby generator rated at a minimum of 80kW. o o The generator should be designed for stationary standby emergency service. Generator shall be manufactured by a nationally recognized manufacturer with established service support in Tennessee. Generator shall be capable of automatic operation upon loss of utility power. o Generator shall be capable of exercising automatically on a programmable schedule. o Generator shall include weather-protective enclosure suitable for outdoor installation. Generator enclosure shall be corrosion resistant and suitable for long-term outdoor exposure. o Generator shall include battery charging system and engine block heater. Generator shall include emergency stop controls. o Generator shall comply with applicable EPA emissions requirements.
