Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Scranton Department of Business Administration is seeking separate sealed bids for Fellows Park and Gerrity Park Site Work. Question Deadline 08/27/2026 at 12:00 AM ET All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes , exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's e-Procurement Portal. The City of Scranton is seeking a qualified General Contractor for the construction of the Fellows Park Improvements. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, equipment, oversight, permits, bonds and inspections required for the construction of a new playground, paved walkways, parking lot striping, and landscaping. The City has awarded separate contract(s) for the installation of the new playground equipment and pour in place safety surface. It is the responsibility of the General Contractor to coordinate all construction activities within the playground areas with the Certified Installer(s) to avoid scheduling conflicts, site access, and sequencing issues.
