Description

Renovation of a military facility in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, testing, and related services necessary to install a mini-split HVAC system. Work includes furnishing and installing the mini-split system and all associated components required for a complete and operational heating and cooling solution in accordance with project requirements. Phone calls will not be accepted for questions. Location: Scranton Army Reserve Center (AFRC), 3401 Olyphant Avenue, Scranton, PA 18509. Bid Date 08/28/2026 at 11:00 AM ET Quotes submitted by email , facsimile, regular mail , hand delivery, or any other method will not be accepted unless the contracting officer authorizes an alternate submission method in writing.
