The Purpose of This Project is to Complete Priority Structure Preventative Maintenance Repairs on Structures Along Sr 11 Through Scranton, Pa. The Sr 11 Structures Included in the Project Are Sr 11 Over N Main Ave, N Main Ave Retaining Wall, Sr 11 Over Court St, Sr 11 Over Theodore St, Sr 11 Leach Creek Culvert, and Sr 11 Over Keyser Ave. Other Work Includes Milling and Full Depth Paving of Bridge Approaches, Resetting Guiderail, Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements, E&s Control Measures, Temporary Traffic Control and Signal Modifications, Pavement Markings, Bridge PPC Overlays, Beam and Bearing Repairs, Abutment Repairs, and Other Miscellaneous Construction Work. Construction Will Be Completed Using Staged Construction and Detouring of Traffic, as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 0011, Section P01, in Lackawanna County City of Scranton From Approximately 0.89 Miles North of Sr 307 at Segment 0214 Offset 0237 to Approximately 0.50 Miles South of Sr 0006 at Segment 0272 Offset 2179.
