As of August 24, 2026, the engineering firm and general contractor have not yet been identified, and a definitive project timeline has not been established. The City of Fresno owns property within the Walnut-Jensen-Martin Luther King-Church quadrant along South West Creek Village Way and has proposed dedicating portions of the site to facilitate the installation of new public utility infrastructure. On July 30, 2026, the City approved the dedication of portions of the City-owned property to accommodate construction of the new public utilities associated with the Les Kimber Park project. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
