The scope of work includes Borough Building Generator Replacement includes the removal and offsite disposal of existing generator, procurement and installation of a new emergency generator and connection to existing automatic transfer switch generally located within the Garage/Basement of the Edgeworth Borough Building. Work includes furnishing and installation of the following: modification to existing concrete base slab/foundation for generator assembly, connection to and or modification of existing automatic transfer switch to accommodate new generator, conduit, wiring, controls, connection/modification of existing ventilation ducts, natural gas supply lines, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for the installation of an emergency standby power generator, complete in place and operational.
