Replacing existing access systems with Acre Security Access Control Systems at three housing authority locations. Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority (CKHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the expansion of CKHA's existing Acre (RS2) access control system. The project includes furnishing, installing, configuring, and commissioning new Acre access control equipment at the following CKHA facilities: Administration Building 1525 Washington Street West Charleston, WV 25387 Building 500 500 Clendenin Street Charleston, WV 25301 Building 700 700 Clendenin Street Charleston, WV 25301 The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, software, and licensing necessary to deliver a fully functional , networked , and integrated Acre access control system at each location. 2.1 System Expansion Requirements At each listed facility, the Contractor shall install a new Acre Model MP-1502 Access Controller, including all components required for proper operation within CKHA's existing Acre (RS2 ) environment. Required components include, but are not limited to: o Access door control modules oPower supplies and power distribution equipment Card readers oComposite access control cabling All necessary Acre/RS2 software, firmware, and licenses The Contractor shall ensure that all installed equipment is fully compatible with CKHA's existing Acre (RS2) system and that all new devices are properly enrolled , configured, and tested. 2.2 Existing Door Hardware CKHA's existing door locking hardware shall be reused . The Contractor is responsible for: Inspecting all existing locking hardware
