Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other resources necessary to provide Vertiv/Liebert Factory Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) battery replacement and preventative maintenance services. Work includes replacing UPS batteries, performing manufacturer-recommended preventative maintenance inspections and testing, verifying proper system operation, assessing battery and UPS performance, identifying and correcting deficiencies as required, and providing sustainment support to ensure the continued reliability and availability of the UPS infrastructure. All work shall be completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable industry standards to maintain safe and dependable operation of the UPS system. Period of Performance From 30 Sep 2026 To 29 Sep 2027
