General Intention: This scope of work is intended to include all the work required to complete the project described below. Contractors who submit bids are required to include and disclose in their bid all work deemed necessary to complete the project. Task(s): The State of Nevada, The Office of the Military, is seeking bids/proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for the following perform removal and installation on doors and door hardware replacement. Scope of Work: The contractor shall fabricate and install new hardware on the exterior doors listed below. The contractor is also responsible for all materials, tools, hardware, and labor to complete this project. Contractor is also responsible for properly disposing of all materials that have been removed from this project. 1. (7) Single exterior exit doors. a. Remove existing rim panic. b. Install new rim panics prep area as needed. C. Install new lever trims. d. Reuse Cylinders. e. Install new closers as needed fluid is visible. f. Fitment check to ensure proper safety and security. 2. (4) Sets of double door entrance. Remove panics and rods (door removal if needed) Install new like for like panic and concealed vertical rod. Adjust panics as needed. d. Assure proper operation. e. Fitment check to ensure proper safety and security. f. Remove the Mag Lock system but leave wiring system for future.
