Renovation of a municipal facility in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of Nevada, Office of the Military, is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide as-needed Building Automation System (BAS) services, including all labor, materials, equipment, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation necessary to install and maintain a fully operational system that monitors and controls HVAC and building equipment in accordance with project requirements. The Office of the Military is currently seeking bids for the following locations: Carson, Fallon, Elko, Carlin, Reno/Stead, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, software, tools, supervision, and technical support necessary to perform routine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, programming adjustments, repairs, and operational support for the existing Building Automation System (BAS). Services shall include preventive maintenance of controllers, sensors, actuators, control devices, communication networks, and associated BAS components to ensure continued reliable operation of HVAC and building systems Pre Bid Conference: In lieu of a pre-bid conference, questions will be allowed until 08/25/2026 at 12 pm with answers being provided in an amendment on or around 09/01/2026.
