Renovation of a library in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

Removal and installation of new carpeting at the La Sierra and Arlanza Libraries. Selected contractor will be responsible for accurate measurement of all public and staff spaces where there is existing carpet. Demolition and removal of existing carpet is the sole responsibility of the contractor. The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the removal of existing flooring and the installation of new carpet tile and cove base. The scope of work includes: _ _ Measurement: Accurate measurement of all public and staff spaces where existing carpet is located. Demolition: Complete removal and lawful disposal of existing carpet and cove base. n If hazardous materials are discovered during this phase, the City will oversee the abatement process. Preparation: Daily cleanup of the workspace is required until job completion. The contractor is responsible for completing a moisture test prior to installation. Procurement: Contractor is responsible for procuring all specified materials.
