City of Wheat Ridge is seeking to replace an existing small fiberglass water slide with a 1" flex hose water supply to the feature. The replacement water slide should be: Designed for young children. Have an oceanic theme sea creatures are preferred, but other oceanic theming will be considered. Able to hook up to a pre-existing 1 " pool water supply from a flexible hose with a ball valve on the pool deck. No larger than 4' 0" wide by 8'0" long by 9'0" tall. The quote should also include information on the lead time for slide delivery. The City is seeking to have the slide on the property by early December but earlier is preferred if possible. The City reserves the right to the following: Reject any and all proposals. Accept other than the lowest price. Waive minor defects or technicalities, formalities, and informalities. Accept in whole or in part such proposal where it is deemed advisable. Make an award on the basis of the apparent greatest benefit to the City of Wheat Ridge. Alter the scope of work reasonably and RFQ documents until a contract is executed.
