Description

Renovation of a military facility in Bend, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Furnish and install a complete replacement HVAC cooling and heating system for the Miller Avenue Fire Building. Work includes removal of the existing air-conditioning system, failing and leaking cooling coil, existing furnace, associated refrigerant piping, electrical components, supports, and duct transitions. The work also includes providing and installing a new 4-ton air-conditioning system and a compatible 100,000 BTU gas furnace, along with all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary to deliver a fully operational HVAC system.
