The project has completed environmental review, was approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on June 30, 2026, and includes an adopted mitigation monitoring and reporting program and statement of overriding considerations. Based on the scope of a major freeway interchange improvement project, the estimated project value is $350,000,000.
