Reference Number 00005170678 1. Removal of existing flooring in areas as shown on plans 2. Installation of new LVT Flooring complete with coved rubber base, and thresholds. 3. All work shall meet CAN/CSA-Z317.13-22 for infection control, expected Preventative Measures Level III. The Preventive Measures Level shall be subject to approval by Infection Prevention and Control Team and will be determined based on the Contractor's proposed construction plan. 4. This project will be completed as a phased approach.
