Requests may be oral or written Question Deadline 09/09/2026 The Ravoux Highrise located 280 Ravoux Steet, St Paul. The Existing Equipment: includes two geared machines with some original equipment from 1969 with MG sets. They show signs of gear mesh wear, oil leaks, and that they have outlived their normal service life. Elevator #1 capacity 4000lb, Elevator #2 2500, speed 200fpm, rise 90'/80' (field verify) 9 stop car 1 , 8 stop car 2. This elevator modernization will consist of, elevator hoist machine replacements, speed increase, engineering reports, wiring, safeties, governors, ropes, cabs with increased cab height, water restraint door operators, door equipment including hanger tracks, fixtures, sub-flooring, finished flooring, repainting / recladding doors frames, and all other subcontractor work specified for this elevator modernization project, for a complete turnkey operation.
