Como-Eustis Lift Station Modifications: Modifications to an existing storm station consist of the following major tasks. Construct new valve and meter vault. Modify piping from existing wet well, through existing valve vault and to valve and meter vault. Provide and Install additional Manhole is Eustis. Provide dewatering required to install new infrastructure. Construct new wet well using boxed sheeted slide rail construction methods. Install top slab with hatch and all accessories. Install sluice gates inside of new wet well. Provide sheeted excavation as required to install new 24" gravity pipe between new wet well and the existing wet well. Provide and install 48" FRP/Hobas sanitary sewer piping to increase upstream storage. Provide restricted trench boxed excavation as requite to replace existing sanitary sewer piping. Connect 48" Hobas piping to new MH in Eustis and to new wet well structure. Install additional submersible pump in new wet well. Provide new pump, base elbow, and piping in new wet well. Provide and install new forcemain to new valve vault. Provide and install new forcemain and extend to connection to existing forcemain. Provide and install forcemain extension to be utilized by future forcemain. Maintain operation of existing pumps during construction. Provide temporary conveyance as required to install new infrastructure. Provide temporary conveyance as required to allow televising of existing forcemain. Remove existing control panel and deliver to Public Works. Provide new control panel and concrete pad. Provide Misc. demolition of sidewalks, curb and pads.
