Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Napa, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade, 460-space parking garage.
The City of Napa has selected the West Street site at 1210 West St., currently containing a skate park, playground area, and decommissioned sanitation district pump station, for further study as the preferred location for a new downtown parking structure. A feasibility study identified a four-story garage providing approximately 390 to 460 parking spaces at an estimated cost of $34.2 million. Preliminary design work is expected to advance through future City Council review
