Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Mapleton, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the following work: 1. Installation of new ADA ramps in locations where they are missing which includes all related concrete work, detectable warning pads, and curb/gutter. 2. Installation of new ADA ramps to replace the existing non-compliant ADA ramp. In addition to the new ramps being installed, all old concrete from the existing ramp needs to be hauled off and disposed of properly Question Deadline 09/17/2026 at 3:00 PM MT All questions and communications shall be directed to OWNER through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P).
