Provide a Metasys Annual HVAC Building Automation System (BAS) service agreement that includes monthly preventive maintenance, 40 hours of labor per month, priority on-call support, emergency response services, and a dollar allotment for hardware, parts, and materials required for minor repairs. Services include calibration and cleaning of temperature and humidity sensors, verification and adjustment of control sequences, tuning of control loops, regular database backups, review and adjustment of schedules and alarms, physical inspection of hardware and wiring, network security reviews, software and firmware updates, and testing to ensure proper system operation, efficiency, and safety. The contractor shall establish performance goals and key performance indicators, provide documentation and reporting to the designated representative, check in and out with facility points of contact, and remove all trash and debris upon completion of work. Location: Richmond VAMC. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
