Installation of Owner furnished materials for a new 15kV substation, including steel, voltage regulators, circuit breakers, transformers, and switches. Scope includes site preparation, earthwork, concrete foundations, fencing, crushed rock surfacing, pre-engineered metal building installation, fuel storage systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Includes demolition of existing substation and relocation of 1.6 MW generator and associated equipment. The work is generally described as follows: Installation of Owner furnished materials including substation steel, voltage regulator bypass switches including connectors, voltage regulators, 69 kV power fuse mountings including connectors and fuses, 69 kV station class arresters, 69 kV station post insulators, 15 kV station class arresters, 15 kV station post insulators, 15 kV vacuum circuit breakers, 15 kV station class disconnect switches, 15 kV recloser bypass disconnect switches including fuses, 15 kV group operated switch, generator step-up transformer, station power transformer, and switch plate. Furnishing and installing fence, ground grid, fine grading, crushed rock surfacing, aluminum bus, concrete foundations, pre-engineered metal building, above grade double wall fuel storage tank, 500-gallon fuel day tank with integral dual pump package, fuel piping, mechanical , electrical, plumbing, remote control panel, generator support structure, and all incidentals for a complete operational system. Relocation of 1.6 MW generator, generator control panel , remote radiator, exhaust system, battery charger, neutral grounding reactor, catalytic exhaust monitor, and 5 kV switchgear section.
