Civida is undertaking fencing removal, site grading, drainage, and landscaping improvements at three affordable housing sites: Dickinsfield I, Lymburn I, and Tweddle Place. These sites are experiencing localized drainage issues, including areas where surface grading appears to direct water toward building foundations. If left unaddressed, these conditions will contribute to water infiltration and long-term deterioration of the building foundations. This has contributed to water infiltration concerns and may increase the risk of long-term foundation degradation if not addressed.
