The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform generator maintenance and testing services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Services include routine preventive maintenance performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions, accepted industry standards, and specified maintenance cards (MPCs) or job plans to ensure generators and associated equipment remain operational and reliable. The Contractor shall also provide routine corrective maintenance, including labor and replacement parts, as required to restore equipment to proper working condition. Corrective maintenance services are subject to an annual limit of 20 labor hours and a not-to-exceed parts value of $5,000 per contract year. Maintenance and testing services must meet all required generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) maintenance and testing frequencies and be performed by qualified and appropriately certified personnel.
