The work consists essentially of the following estimated quantities: 1 CONSTRUCT 5" PCC SIDEWALK 4,805 SF 2 INSTALL SEEDING - TYPE A 1,068 SY 3 INSTALL EROSION CONTROL MATTING - S-150 1,068 SY Bonds: $1,835 Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond. The improvements to be bid upon as outlined within these specifications and as detailed on the plans are being installed for Sarpy County Sanitary and Improvement District 340 located in the vicinity of S 120th Street and Gold Coast Road. SECTION 2 - SCOPE OF WORK The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the construction of a system of paved sidewalks with 5" thick Portland Cement Concrete, seeding and matting of disturbed areas, grading as needed, and any other work necessary for a completed project and other work that is incidental and necessary for a completed improvement
