Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replace the approximately 214,637 square foot roofing system on Building 1, including phased construction, crane operations, demolition of the existing roofing system, installation of a new roofing system, reinstallation of photovoltaic panels, replacement of the Lightning Protection System, manufacturer inspections, certifications, and all associated work necessary to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.
