Renovation of a laboratory facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to replace two packaged rooftop air conditioning units and one split system, repair or replace two additional split systems, and replace defective fan-coil motors and strainer/check valves. All equipment installed under this contract must be rated for outdoor coastal (salt air) service and utilize R-410A or another refrigerant compliant with EPA regulations in effect at the time of installation. The contractor shall furnish all services necessary to complete the HVAC system replacements, repairs, and associated work in accordance with the Statement of Work and applicable wage determination requirements. The period of performance shall not exceed 60 days from the date of award.
