PLEASE NOTE: No portion of your bid response can be sent via facsimile ( FAX) or electronic email.For information concerning procedures for responding to this ITB, contact Elizabeth Beckford, City Clerk at cityclerk@wiltonmanors.com or (954) 390-2123 Response to Questions September 22, 2026 The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following tasks: Base Bid A: 7.01 DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL o Service Equipment: Demolish and remove the existing corroded meter combo, panels, timeclocks, photocells, contactors, and miscellaneous electrical components currently mounted on the service pole. o Disposal : Properly dispose of all removed materials in compliance with local environmental regulations. 7.02 ELECTRICAL SERVICE RISER & MAIN DISTRIBUTION o Mounting Rack: Install a new Unistrut rack on the existing concrete pole to support new equipment mounting. o Meter Can : Install one (1) new 1-Phase (1PH ), 200A meter can. o Load Center: Install one (1 ) new 1PH , 200A, 250V NEMA-3R load center with a 200A main breaker. Minimum 40-circuit capability required.o Generator Interlock: Re-install the existing 100A, 250V power inlet receptacle for backup generator use, including a mechanical interlock kit with a 100A breaker to safely manage backup power. o Grounding: Install two (2) 8-foot copper (CU ) ground rods and a complete grounding system. o Service Receptacle: Install one (1) 20A GFCI service receptacle at the main panel location. o FPL Coordination: Coordinate with Florida Power & Light ( FPL) for reuse of the existing FPL drop, 1.5" RMC conduit, and 3/0 THHN wires from the weather head to the new meter can .
