The City of Wilton Manors, Florida (City) is actively seeking a qualified, licensed, and insured electrical contractor to provide turnkey lighting improvements at Mickel Park in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The project consists of two primary components: Base Bid A: Retrofitting twenty (20) existing pedestrian walkway lights with modern, high-efficiency, DarkSky-approved LED luminaries to enhance public safety and reduce energy consumption. Base Bid B (Alternate): Furnishing and installing four (4) new motion-activated security lights at designated park structures to improve after-hours security and deter vandalism. Bidders are highly encouraged to visit Mickel Park located at 2675 NW 7th Avenue, Wilton Manors, Florida 33331 where the lighting project will be located to become familiar with existing conditions. No variation in price or conditions shall be permitted based on claim of ignorance.
