Upgrade Building 26 (Valor Tower) by replacing two existing 300-ton air-cooled chillers (600-ton total capacity) with three 250-ton air-cooled chillers (750-ton total capacity) and upgrading the existing HVAC infrastructure to support the increased 750-ton cooling capacity. Provide temporary chiller equipment to maintain 100 percent of clinical services for the ICUs, Sterile Processing, and Operating Rooms during replacement of the permanent chillers. This is a Design-Build Project for the 81st Readiness Division (RD) DPW to replace the existing fire alarm system at the GA032 Army Reserve Center in Macon, GA with a new addressable system . Furnish all labor, material, equipment, incidentals, supervision and transportation necessary to complete the design and construction for this project. Replace emergency generator 26B with appropriately sized emergency generators capable of supporting the existing emergency electrical load, the additional emergency electrical load required for the three 250-ton air-cooled chillers, and providing redundancy for both existing and additional emergency electrical loads. Provide temporary emergency power equipment to maintain 100 percent of clinical services for the ICUs, Sterile Processing, and Operating Rooms during replacement of the permanent emergency generator. Obtain all required permits and complete the chiller and emergency generator upgrades within a 270-calendar-day period of performance.
