Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, freight, demolition, disposal, installation, testing, and startup services necessary to replace the existing diffused aeration equipment and install three (3) Sanitaire disc fine bubble aeration grids in the designated aeration basin. • Three (3) Sanitaire disc fine bubble aeration grids matching the Tank 5 installation under Sanitaire Contract No. 6925. • Schedule 40 PVC lower drop pipes. • Schedule 40 PVC air manifolds. • Schedule 40 PVC manifold feeder piping where required. • 304SS manifold supports, hold clamps, and cradles. • 4-inch, 17.7 SDR PVC air distribution headers. • 304SS header support stands, hold-down clamps, and locating plates. • Sanitaire 9-inch Silver Series II fine bubble diffusers. • Diffuser gaskets and retainer rings. • Flanges, bolts, nuts, neoprene gaskets, fittings, and miscellaneous hardware. • Purge systems with eductor piping and isolation valves. • 304SS anchor bolts suitable for 4,000 PSI concrete. • Reuse of existing stainless steel upper drop legs, drop-leg supports, feed pipes, and feed pipe supports where suitable. • Removal and disposal of existing aeration equipment designated for replacement. • Installation and connection of all new equipment. • Field verification of existing conditions. • Testing and commissioning. • One (1) day of startup services. • Final cleanup and disposal. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
