Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cave Creek, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Town of Cave Creek (Town) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the East-West Trail Connection project. The project is being procured using a Design-Build approach and includes preconstruction/final trail alignment development, mobilization and site preparation, native-surface trail construction, drainage and erosion-control measures, site restoration and stabilization, and project closeout. The proposed trail connection is approximately 2,637 linear feet. The expected project timeline for this engagement is approximately 4 - 6 weeks, starting perhaps as early as October 15th, 2026, with a project completion date to be no later than December 30th, 2026, to coincide with the Town of Cave Creek's 26/27 fiscal year budget. The Town reserves the right to: Reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP Request clarification from any Proposer on any or all aspects of its proposal Waive any minor defects in the proposal Cancel and/or reissue this RFP at any time Retain all proposals submitted in response to this RFP Invite some, all, or none of the Proposers for interviews and further discussion The Town's overall trail budget is approximately $200,000. This funding is not dedicated exclusively to the East-West Trail Connection and also supports maintenance of existing trails, management of the Town's trail and streetscape network, and the acquisition and implementation of new trails.
