Highways, street, and bridge construction work for Nolan Rd Phase 2. Subsurface drainage on both sides of Nolan Rd, in addition to widening, overlaying, and striping the entirety of the roadway. Work shall include the excavation and/or embankment, clearing and grubbing, driveway replacement, signage replacement, and hydroseeding, as specified along Nolan Rd (R10D003) Section 30 Township 7S Range 12E, located in Covington, LA. Question Deadline 09/11/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Questions or concerns must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Department no later than 2:00 CST seven (7) working days prior to the bid opening date. Further, any questions or inquiries must be submitted via fax to 985- 898-5227, or via email to Procurement@stpgov.org.
