Removal and replacement of existing standing seam metal roof systems on an airport hangar and office lean-to, including new Galvalume roof panels, trim, flashing, gutter systems, and downspouts. Work shall include: Remove existing standing seam roof. Install new Butler MR24 mechanical standing seam roof system. (or approved equal) Provide 40-foot white painted Galvalume roof panels. Provide trim package. Install standard gable trim seamed into roof panels. Install standard gutter system with rubber weatherseal full length. Install six (6) downspouts with elbows. Install ridge cap. Complete all necessary flashing, sealing, and related installation required for a complete weather-tight roof system. Contractor shall remove the existing standing seam roof system and furnish and install a complete Butler MR24 Mechanical Standing Seam Roof System (or approved equal).
