As per Adda 1 Pre bid meeting time change A pre-bid meeting will be held on 9/8/2026 at 11:00 AM Environmental dredging and earthwork for the Tijuana River Valley Smugglers Gulch. Base Bid: Smuggler's Gulch Channel South of Monument Road. Item 1: Temporary Facilities and Controls This shall include any temporary facilities that the contractor views as vital for the success of the project. To confirm, there is a large presence of Border Patrol federal agents that patrols this area and the less equipment that remains on site the better for all involved. For full awareness, there are no local connections to power, water, or sewers for a temporary office space/other at this site. If an office space or restroom is present, the utilities will need to be captured either by generator to supply power, and/or using the services of the trailer/office space supplier for water supply and sewer collection and removal. If the Contractor would prefer to forgo portable restrooms, there are public County owned/operated restrooms available nearby that will be available for all workers to use if necessary. They are located at: Tijuana River Valley Campground 1942 Monument Rd San Diego, CA 92154 Approx. 1 mile away ~ 3 Min drive Question Deadline 09/15/2026 Questions should be submitted through online portal.
