Prequalified Contractor RFI Deadline : October 20, 2026 02.00 pm The CS for this RFPQ is Maureen Hatem. The CS is the only individual authorized to make any written modifications via addenda or otherwise to this RFPQ and the resulting contract(s), if any. All correspondence to the CS shall be via email to mhatem@sandi.net. The CS and the CAS (Ashley Mains) are the ONLY individuals to contact regarding this RFPQ. The Holly Drive Leadership Academy (HDLA) project will provide a comprehensive modernization and expansion of the existing K-8 campus, which currently consists primarily of portable classroom buildings. The project includes demolition of existing portable classrooms and a portion of the parking lot to accommodate three new singlestory buildings and a new lunch shelter with a photovoltaic system. The new improvements on campus will include upgraded parking with electric vehicle spaces, and new outdoor learning and play areas, gardens, landscaping, and utility infrastructure improvements. Building 100 will house administration and food-service functions; Building 200 will provide classrooms for transitional kindergarten through fourth grade; and Building 300 will provide classrooms for fifth through eighth grade, along with a computer room. Together, these improvements will create a modern , functional campus that better supports the educational programs and students of Holly Drive Leadership Academy. Because the school will remain operational throughout construction , the work will be carefully sequenced to maintain safe access and minimize disruption to students and staff. Construction will be completed in multiple phases.
